Deadline for payment –June the 10th 2010

The payment includes:
* Accommodation for 2 nights
* 2 breakfasts
* 2 lunchs
* Gala dinner
* Evening programme
* Conference materials (printed schedule, the book of papers, gadgets)
* Participation in the discussion panels
* Coffee breaks
The participants will be able to use projectors and appropriate sound exposure.

(*) In exceptional situations some participants might be exempt from payment.
