PREPARATION OF THE TEXT
Basic information
At the beginning of the text information about the author’s name, surname, workplace and e-mail address should be included
Text formatting
The text should not exceed 3 standard pages (1,800 characters per page). The text should be in a form of a standard manuscript: line spacing - 1.5, 12 point font, standard margins. Pages should be numbered. Graphs should be drawn up in Excel, images - preferably in Adobe Illustrator or EPS. Tables and figures must be clearly marked and attached as separate files. If the text contains pictures, please send original photographs for proper scanning.
Citation
The use of footnotes is preferred. References should take the following form:
Author, title, publisher, place of publication, year of publication, page number.
For example: J. Pasieczny, Biznesplan, Wydawnictwo WSPiZ, Warszawa 2002, s. 5.
In the case of re-reference to a document already described in the footnote, reduced notation should be used as follows:
- If the author refers to a document referred to in the immediately preceding footnote, the term "Ibid" is applied with the corresponding page number,
- If the author refers to the same place of the document referred to in the immediately preceding footnote, put on the same page, only the term "Ibid” is applied
- If the author refers to a document mentioned in a footnote earlier, repeat the initial elements of the description of this document, such as author name and title or short title of the book, adding a number of the corresponding page.
Under each table / figure / diagram information about the source of it’s content should be presented. Information about the source may not be given only if all the tables / figures / diagrams are created by the author and it clearly stems from the text.
